Since 1975 OptiPure/Procam Controls has grown its business based upon a philosophy
of consulting and partnering with companies to provide solutions that deliver
measurable results. We couple this philosophy with an innovative approach in
product design, putting quality and performance before price, and at total
commitment to effective program management and excellent customer service.
As a result we have earned a reputation as a standout supplier, valuable resource
and business ally with the most important group within our industries – our
customers. We differ from many companies in the water treatment industry in
that we are customer driven, not product driven.
Our goal is not to find the best fit for our products based upon a company’s need; it is to thoroughly understand your needs and the desired impact on your business, and provide the ideal solution.
Procam excels in filling the needs of customers in niche markets with specialized
applications, providing products that solve environmental, productivity and
quality problems. Procam's processes and organization allow for flexibility
and quick response to customers' requirements, making us a preferred vendor
of many large OEM's. We currently manufacture private label products for:
Imation (formerly 3M), Dupont, Agfa Gevaert, Glunz & Jensen, Heidelberg,
Printers’ Service, Technotrans, LogEtronics, Glunz & Jensen, Konica
Minolta, Ice-O-Matic, Howe, Rosito Bisani, Hoshizaki and Kodak Polychrome
Graphics. Procam also distributes products through over 300 dealers and distributors
worldwide. We have over 60 authorized Foodservice Service agents across the
United States to support our equipment, perform maintenance and do installations.
Our OptiPure Water Treatment Systems for food-service applications include OptiPure™ filtration and Membrane Separation Systems for hot and cold beverage, icemaker, post-mix, ingredient and steamer applications. Our systems are packaged to meet the needs of a simple office coffee unit to the most demanding applications in high-volume restaurants and stores.
In our food-service and water treatment systems, we use only NSF and/or FDA approved components, sealant and materials. Performance claims are certified and listed with NSF, and we 100% leak-test every plumbing assembly that we manufacture. Our proprietary IsoNet Technology (Patent Pending) and ScaleX cartridge are breakthroughs in scale and corrosion protection. These innovative cartridge's matrix design provides a controlled release of Siliphos, a food grade scale and corrosion inhibitor and ensures that the dosing is more accurate and consistent. Some of our food-service users are; Starbucks, Wendy's, Chili's, El Chico, Taco Bueno, Whataburger, Brinker International, Carl’s and others.
We add value to the hardware by providing FilterTrak filter replacement programs, water treatment expertise, sizing and testing programs, warehousing, customized product labeling and application research. Our philosophy is to avoid trying to force fit a standard, off-the-shelf product; rather, we take the time to research the application and design equipment specifically for the application, providing the optimum water to achieve the desired result.
